Amusing Spam

Not much spam gets through my spam filters these days, but this one did and I couldn't help but laugh. The message started with:
We are interested to buy your domain name (domain name deleted) and offer to buy it from you for 65% of the appraised market value.
As of now we accept appraisals from either one of the following leading appraisal companies:
...
OK, let me see if I understand this. I'm being offered 65% of the value of something I have? After, at my expense, I found out what that value is? If we establish upfront that I'm being paid 65% of the value, how can it possibly be a good deal for me?
And all this makes the unlikely assumptions that the offer and company behind it are legitimate, and that the domain is worth more than it would cost to get it appraised.
